How Building Bridges Works
Business owners participate in lively discussion at monthly meetings, led by an expert facilitator, centered around hot topics, discovering innovative solutions to both common challenges and unique problems.
Details:
- Building Bridges is comprised of business owner think-tank peer groups who gather for the purpose of brainstorming in strategy sessions about topics important to group members, often including strategic growth, increasing sales, hiring the right employees, time management, coaching employees, and dealing with performance issues.
- The group meetings are led by an expert facilitator, trained to leverage the business owners’ time with a structured agenda designed to deliver maximum results in the 3 ½ hour group meeting time.
- Groups meet once per month and continue to contact one another throughout the month with their challenges, ideas and suggestions via the website.
- Members are also able to access resources via the website including local resources and links.
- Members pay a monthly membership fee to join for six-month or one-year periods with a commitment to participate regularly in their designated group, building trusting relationships with their fellow business owners in that particular group.
