Bridget M. DiCello, Founder and President
Bridget DiCello is a leading expert in Professional Business Coaching enabling business owners to exponentially increase their success. Ms. DiCello offers individualized, one-on-one business coaching to busy professionals and business owners, and has coached successful business owners across diverse industries. Her background as a successful nursing home administrator in California and New York for nearly a decade built the leadership expertise that she now offers to business owner clients who have assumed the challenge of managing employees.
She has designed and delivered innovative training sessions and her dynamic and interactive facilitation style keeps participants actively learning and generating ideas. Her focus on practical applications allows for immediate implementation of the principles discussed.
Bridget is a member of the Small Business Chamber, the National Association of Women Business Owners, and serves as the Chairperson of Successful Entrepreneurs Engage and on the Board of Governors of the Crescent Club. Bridget has also served as a Joint Commission Consultant for both Long Term Care and Sub-acute Accreditation Surveys, has guest lectured in prominent universities in New York and Louisiana, and has been published in both professional journals and professional conference proceedings.
Our Facilitators
We are staged to become a national network of business idea generation in all 50 states in the next 15 years. The key to making that happen is identifying talented facilitators who wish to form Peer Groups. Facilitators are selected to form and lead Peer Groups based on their experience, presentation style, ability to bring out creative and innovative ideas from others, group leadership abilities and genuine interest in the success of business owners.
Being a facilitator requires the individual has a passion for:
- exponentially increasing business owners' success,
- facilitating discussion to uncover brilliant ideas within a peer group, and
- having a positive impact on business owners' ability to effectively lead their team of employees.
All facilitators complete the Facilitator Certification Course.
